IWCE is one of the biggest events each year for the Critical Communications industry. Vendors and professionals come together to share ideas about challenges and solutions. We were also delighted to host more than 200 of our dealers at our annual One Tait Dealer Summit in Las Vegas.

Since its inception, the North American One Tait Dealer Program has taken on a life of its own, providing support and benefits to our dealer community while remaining firmly rooted in our core values: Commitment to Listen, Courage to Act and Integrity to Deliver. And the One Tait Dealer Summit has proven to be the centerpiece of the program, allowing dealers to engage in person and gain essential insights into Tait products and services that empower their everyday operations. This year, the Summit was bigger and better than ever! Taking place in fabulous Las Vegas right on the heels of the International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE), we had over 200 people in attendance, our greatest turnout yet! One Tait Dealer Summit 2023

Held at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino on March, 28th, the North American One Tait Dealer Summit 2023 was an experience like none other. Jam-packed with a full day of sales and technical tracks, as well as an exclusive Tait product roadmap and keynote address, the Summit gave dealers awareness of our commitment to their success.
And speaking of success, the theme of this year’s event was ‘Success Together”. This theme centered around the belief that success comes easier to those who grow together. Each sales and technical session was infused with the theme, allowing dealers to get unique perspectives throughout the day on how we enable each other to prosper.
Led by expert Tait employees from all over the globe, the sales and technical tracks covered a wide array of topics. For sales, we held sessions detailing the new and upcoming One Tait Dealer Portal, as well as briefings on project manager certifications; obtaining authorized service provider status; best practices for selling TP9800 radios; P25 TAIT AXIOM Wearable enablement with ESChat; and much more.
As for the technical track, sessions included topics on LMR design methodology; site surveying best practices; navigating the new system configurator; analyzing coverage and designing effective communications systems; and more.

In the evening, Avi Friedman, VP of Corporate Development, held a gripping presentation that showcased the most recent Tait Product Roadmap. Packed with exciting announcements, attendees were able to gain exclusive insights into Tait’s latest and greatest innovations.
The formal sessions ended with a keynote panel address from the Tait Global Executive team, which was brilliantly moderated by Kevin Sumrell, President of Tait Americas. The panel included Yoram Benit, Chief Executive Officer; Nick Pennance, Chief Revenue Officer; Emmanuel Stauder, Chief Operations Officer; Belkis Pena, Chief Transition, Organizational Performance & Systems Officer; and Maria Rowe, Chief Marketing Officer.
The keynote speakers hit on various topics, including big wins and global impact; global supply chain and delivery; the future of the One Tait Dealer Program; talent in the LMR industry and our Purpose; and the future Technology Direction of the company.

One Tait Dealer Awards & Reception
The day ended with the One Tait Dealer Awards, the hallmark of the Program and an ongoing tradition that recognizes the exemplary achievements of fellow dealers. The most coveted awards are the Tait Value Awards, which honor the dedication of three key individuals who best represented our core values throughout the previous year. Congratulations to this year’s winners!

Afterward, surprise recognition awards were granted to Tait team members David Caston, Marketing Manager, Tait Americas; Amie Geistman, Channel Marketing Specialist; and Erika Marchioni, Global Channel Marketing Administrator, for their dedication to planning and executing our greatest Summit yet!
At the end of the night, a grand reception was held with delicious food and drinks. Dealers had the opportunity to engage and mingle with Tait’s C-suite executives, including Yoram Benit! This is a part of our ongoing commitment to remaining accessible to our dealer community.

The One Tait Dealer Summit and IWCE are meant to complement each other, which is why Tait was proud to once again exhibit at one of the world’s largest critical communications conferences. Industry experts and enthusiasts gathered from all over to see the latest and greatest solutions on display—and Tait was at the center of it all.
Featuring a stylish new booth design and dynamic videos, attendees got to experience Tait like never before. The 2023 IWCE booth theme centered around the customer’s power to shape and control their own radio system without manufacturer restrictions or fears of system obsolescence. Tait further enables customers by providing flexible products and solutions, allowing them to easily migrate to their ideal communications system. With a nexus of solutions at their fingertips, they have the opportunity to forge their own communications path and plan the long-term vision of their radio system. The headlining banner of the theme was “Choose for You—Your System in Your Hands”, inspiring customers that they have true control over their system.
The products radiated from this theme to showcase how all of our solutions are connected through highly versatile base stations like the TB9400, which supports easy migrations between P25 and DMR. The booth also featured other flexible products such as the TP9800 Multiband Portable, allowing users to seamlessly connect across all bands. Other P25 products include our newly designed mobile control heads and the Tait AXIOM Wearable, which now integrates with ESChat, granting public safety professionals the ability to increase officer safety and productivity by enabling communication between broadband and radio networks. Our DMR lineup managed to turn heads as well. The Tait TP2 and TP3 portables are the pinnacles of entry-level communications. Built to be reliable and stylish, these portables support analog and digital modes, all with an easy-to-carry and ergonomic design made to fit seamlessly into your daily operations. During the Expo, our booth was bustling with customers, dealers and industry professionals who had the opportunity to meet with Tait team members from all over the globe. In fact, our Chief Executive Officer, Yoram Benit, and other C-Suite executives joined us at the show to engage with customers personally.
