We asked Will a few questions to get to know him a little better:

What’s something that surprises you about your chosen career path?

The great thing about wireless communications is that there are always fresh challenges. It provides a lifetime of first experiences.

What 3 words would you use to describe Tait?

Culture-centered company.

If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?

This is a tough one because there have been so many influential people come and go that possessed insight in life that was uniquely their own. Today, I would choose Elon Musk. A leader in technology advancement, I would be intrigued to learn how he builds such confidence in his pursuits.

What are the top 5 most played songs in your music library?

This is a tough one for me because I listen to different genres on a daily basis. I choose my songs based on the emotions they convey. My daily soundtrack goes from classical to 80s hair metal to 90s alternative rock to country.

What skill do you think everyone should learn?

Emotional intelligence is the skill that I hold with the highest regard. The ability to understand others perspectives is key to a highly functioning society.

What parts of our mission do you connect with?

I have a broad background from engineering to project management to sales. That experience has helped me to understand the value that we, as a manufacturer, provide to our customers. Delivering critical communication solutions as a trusted partner is where I gain my work satisfaction.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

We have been given 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. We should listen twice as much as we speak.
